Show, don’t tell.

As the adage goes: show me, don’t tell me.

I’ve been working with clients on strategic planning initiatives for a long time. The outputs of these efforts are typically a PowerPoint deck with the overview, justification and supporting data, and an Excel document for tracking and maintaining purposes. These artifacts remain critical to the planning process - don’t get me wrong!

However, the democratization of tools used to build interactive products (like Claude) makes it easier than ever to bring the plans to life.

Check out the Strategic Planning tracker I created recently - coded, customizable, and editable in a web-based format. Clients can have their own tracker with live data that’s interactive and easily shared. This version is publicly hosted using Netlify, and a client output would be private, internal or password-protected, of course.

Much easier than maintaining an Excel document or a PowerPoint presentation that lives on a shared drive. Is this the final version? No, but it’s a starting point! A minimum viable product, as they say.

Ready to bring your goals, objectives, metrics and measures to life? Let’s chat more and create something that’s right for your organization. I’d be happy to show you, rather than tell you all about it.

In the meantime, take a look and let me know what you think! Feel free to edit or tinker around as you like, and send me your feedback!
